The Third Annual Ghirardelli-Novak Wheel of Time Survey Results

This is the html'ized version of the 3rd Annual Ghirardelli-Novak (Judy Ghirardelli and John Novak) Survey Results. The Survey itself was written by Judy and John. The collation, processing, and fixing of the results was done by John. The html conversion has been done by Viren Shah. So, All the credit for the survey goes to Judy and Novak, and all the nitpicks about the presentation of the survey results go to me.
